Welcome to Global Analyst Academy (GAA). By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or utilizing our learning portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment or beginning a course.

1. Program Formats

These terms govern all educational services, exam preparations, and executive training modules offered by Global Analyst Academy, including but not limited to the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)®, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Entry Level Analyst Program (ELAP), and the Mini-MBA. Our delivery formats include:

• Self-Paced Online: Independent study via our learning portal featuring video vaults, downloadable resources, and exam simulators.
• Live Online: Instructor-led virtual cohorts, interactive masterclasses, and strategy clinics.
• In-Person Programs: Physical training sessions, executive masterclasses, and on-site workshops.

2. Payment Gateways and Transaction Charges

To secure your enrollment and gain access to the learning portal or cohort, tuition must be remitted completely prior to the commencement of your program.

• Approved Platforms: We process payments securely via Paystack, alongside authorized direct corporate bank transfers.
• Customer-Borne Charges: The customer strictly bears all payment processing charges. Any transaction fees, gateway surcharges, VAT, or currency conversion fees applied by Paystack, your financial institution, or your card issuer are the sole responsibility of the enrollee and will be reflected at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

Global Analyst Academy commits faculty time, digital infrastructure, and administrative resources the moment an enrollment is processed. Therefore, our financial policy is absolute:

• All payments made to Global Analyst Academy are strictly non-refundable.
• This no-refund policy applies universally across all product tiers, including promotional offers, self-paced online access, live online cohorts, and in-person programs.
• Because self-paced enrollments immediately unlock proprietary digital intellectual property and downloadable templates, no refund requests will be entertained once a transaction is successful.
• Deferments: If you are enrolled in a Live Online or In-Person cohort and cannot attend, you may request to defer your admission to the next available cohort. Deferment requests must be submitted in writing to our support desk prior to the start date and are granted strictly at management's discretion.

4. Intellectual Property and Account Security

• All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, slide decks, business case studies, and mock exam questions, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Global Analyst Academy.
• Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, single-user license for personal professional development.
• You are strictly prohibited from sharing your learning portal login credentials, downloading protected video content, or redistributing GAA materials. Any breach of this clause will result in the immediate revocation of your portal access without a refund and potential legal action.

5. Participant Code of Conduct

For live and in-person programs, GAA expects the highest standard of professional behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or expel any participant who disrupts the learning environment, displays unprofessional conduct, or infringes on the learning experience of other professionals. No refunds will be issued in the event of disciplinary expulsion.

6. Modifications

Global Analyst Academy reserves the right to update, alter, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any given time to reflect business operations or regulatory requirements. Continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of the current terms.
