Refund Policy
For Global Analyst Academy (GAA)
Effective Date: September 2026
Global Analyst Academy (GAA) is committed to delivering premium educational content, expert facilitation, and immediate access to proprietary digital resources. Because our programs require upfront allocation of administrative resources, digital infrastructure, and faculty time, we maintain a strict financial framework regarding course enrollments.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All payments made for any Global Analyst Academy training program are strictly non-refundable. This standard applies universally across all learning formats, including:
- Self-Paced Online Programs
- Live Online Executive Cohorts
- In-Person Masterclasses and Workshops
- Promotional offers, early-bird registrations, and group enrollments
Once a payment is successfully processed and access to our learning portal or cohort is granted, the financial transaction is considered final.
2. Extraordinary Exceptions (Health Grounds)
Global Analyst Academy recognizes that severe, unforeseen medical emergencies can disrupt professional development. In highly exceptional circumstances, management may grant permission for a refund strictly based on documented health grounds.
To request an exception under this clause, the enrolled participant must submit a formal written request to our administrative team accompanied by verifiable medical documentation from a licensed healthcare institution.
3. Discretion and Evidence Verification
Global Analyst Academy reserves the absolute right to evaluate, accept, or reject any evidence put forward to support a refund request on health grounds.
- The submission of medical documentation does not automatically guarantee a refund.
- Management will review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
- If the provided evidence is deemed insufficient, unverifiable, or does not meet our threshold for an extraordinary medical emergency, the refund request will be firmly denied.
4. Deferment Alternative
For participants enrolled in Live Online or In-Person programs who cannot attend due to scheduling conflicts or emergencies that do not qualify for a health-based refund, GAA offers the option to defer enrollment to a future cohort. Deferments are subject to management approval and must be requested prior to the commencement of the scheduled program.
