February 2027 Cohort: GAA Mini-MBA

Business thinking for professionals ready to step up.

The GAA Mini-MBA gives you the core of a business education in a focused, practical format, rebuilt for a workplace where AI is part of the job. You learn how markets work, how firms compete, how to read the numbers and how to turn data into decisions, through original African business cases rather than abstract theory.

The programme runs in four phases: Strategy and Markets, Finance and the Business Case, Data, AI and Operations, and Leading Change and People. Every module teaches the management discipline first, then shows how AI changes the work, then practises it in a hands-on AI lab. You finish with a capstone: a board-ready recommendation on a real challenge from your own organisation, defended before a panel.

Each module has short recorded lessons, a case to prepare and a weekly live session with your cohort. Live sessions are recorded, so you can also keep up at your own pace.

Launched in 2017 as the Global Analyst Training Program (GATP), the programme has been completed by more than 500 analysts and emerging executives, and alumni have gone on to senior roles in Nigeria and abroad.

Next cohort: starts on 1 February 2027 and runs for 14 weeks, plus an orientation week. The early bird fee of ₦525,000 is open until 31 December 2026. The standard fee is ₦625,000, or two instalments of ₦312,500. Organisations sponsoring three or more participants can pay by bank transfer against an invoice: write to [email protected].
