Nov. 2026 Cohort: Entry Level Analyst Program (ELAP)

The Entry Level Analyst Program (ELAP) gets graduates and early-career professionals ready for their first analyst role, whether that is in Nigeria, elsewhere in Africa or with an employer anywhere in the world.

Over 10 weeks of live Friday sessions, you learn how analysts think, work with data in Excel and Power BI, use AI tools responsibly and present with confidence. You also learn what employers expect from new hires, how to work well in office and remote teams, and how to find and win your first role. You finish with a capstone project based on a real business problem, then move into six months of placement support.

How it runs: live online on Fridays, 9am to 11am and 2pm to 4pm WAT (GMT+1), with two modules a day. Every session is recorded. Cohort 1 runs from Friday 20 November 2026 to Friday 22 January 2027, with a two-week break over Christmas and New Year.

After the programme: graduates who pass join the GAA Talent Pool. For six months, GAA shares suitable openings, introduces graduates to employers and runs interview preparation. Placement support is not a job guarantee.
